By visiting our site and/or purchasing services or products from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service,” “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Section 1: Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
All photos, videos, and posters produced by Cars by Jonck are the intellectual property of Cars by Jonck and are protected under applicable copyright laws. By purchasing a service or product, clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the final images and videos for personal social media accounts, printing for personal use, and sharing within their personal network. Posters and custom prints purchased from Cars by Jonck are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without prior written consent. Unauthorized commercial use of media, posters, or prints is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
If you wish to use any media, posters, or prints for commercial purposes, including but not limited to marketing, resale, or advertisements, a separate licensing agreement must be negotiated with Cars by Jonck. Cars by Jonck retains the right to use all media and designs created, including those used in posters, for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media platforms, advertising, and portfolios. Clients must not edit, modify, or alter the images, videos, or posters in any way that misrepresents the original work.
Section 2: Poster Orders and Product Accuracy
We strive to represent all posters and prints as accurately as possible in terms of color, design, and quality. However, slight variations may occur depending on the printing process or screen display. Clients are encouraged to contact us with any questions about a product prior to purchase. All poster designs are copyrighted and cannot be replicated or used without written permission from Cars by Jonck.
Section 3: Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule their bookings up to 24 hours before the session without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session will incur a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total booking amount. In cases of adverse weather, poor lighting, or other conditions that may impact the quality of the shoot, Cars by Jonck reserves the right to reschedule the session at no additional cost to the client. Clients will be notified of such changes as early as possible.
Section 4: Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or product purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. Cars by Jonck reserves the right to cancel any booking or order for non-payment. Refunds for cancellations will follow the terms outlined above. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions, delivered posters, or custom prints unless they arrive damaged or defective, in which case a replacement may be issued.
Section 5: Changes to Terms of Service
Any new features or tools added to the current site shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
By booking with Cars by Jonck, purchasing a poster, or using this website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
